Engagement
Gennaker is currently only able to work with 5 companies simultaneously, but we hope to expand our capacity soon. Gennaker engages with each client for 6-12 months with one day per week of marketing coaching, and a recommended one and a half days per week of Gennaker implementation time. This is the time frame necessary to cover the relevant material in some depth and to create enough momentum within the organization that revenue increases can continue beyond the engagement period.
Engagement Model
The client pays Gennaker a discounted monthly retainer for strategic marketing advice and training and Gennaker takes a small share in their revenue increase less sales volume related expenses while engaged, and an even smaller share for several years afterwards.
